Job Responsibilities: |
- Distribute food commodities to beneficiaries as per the established guidelines.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of food items to designated locations.
- Monitor and verify the identity of beneficiaries during distribution.
- Maintain detailed records of food distributions, including quantities and recipient details.
- Prepare and submit distribution reports to the main office regularly.
- Assist in the enrollment and verification of beneficiaries.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by beneficiaries during distribution.
- Coordinate with Nangarhar provincial office suppliers and transport to ensure timely delivery of food products.
- Work closely with other Nangarhar team members to ensure smooth distribution operations.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations during food distribution.
- Manage and respond to the feedback of community members regarding the distribution policies
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements: |
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management.
- Previous 3 experience in food distribution or logistics is preferred.
- Experience working with humanitarian organizations is an advantage.
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English languages
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
