Job Responsibilities: |
- Responsible for organizing, motivating and mobilize target communities for high quality standard program implementation.
- To Develop and implement all community mobilization activities, and make sure that the community level stakeholders actively participate in the process of project cycles management.
- To Assist project senior officer in community mobilization, beneficiary selection and project implementation in the targeted area.
- To Ensure that all required students documents are in place and in line with MoE policy.
- To Establishment of TLSc classes within the targeted districts for the OOSC children.
- To Conduct meetings with parents, shura, hub school and DED.
- To Collaborate with trainers and MEAL in data collection process, organize training workshops, identification of trainings venues/trainees and etc.
- To Support the MEAL officer in conducting base line and end line with participatory community assessments and evaluation in project coverage area.
- To Work closely with TLS teachers, hub school’s teachers/mentors or facilitators, and the District Education Department (DED) for quality program implementation.
- To Deliver the program weekly, monthly and quarterly work plan in high quality standard and provide the work progress report to the education officers.
- Work closely with CECs and SMCs for better implementation of project inside communities.
- Any other tasks given by line manager.

Job Requirements: |
- Bachelor’s in education, Teacher training college or social science.
- At least one year of work experience in the area of community mobilization.
- Very good spoken and written Pashto– understanding of English language is desirable.
- Able to travel inside Afghanistan and related districts, outside of the duty station as and when required.
- Good communication and interpersonal relation skills
