Job Purpose:
The Data Analysis and Reporting Senior Officer will be responsible for effective and efficient management and implementation of JACK management information system and reporting. The position is based in JACK Kabul main office will frequently travelling to the target provinces.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data collection systems and methodologies for BPHS/EPHS
  • Record, compile, analyse and interprets health data and information of HER project
  • Data entry, data analysis, data check, providing technical assistance and feedback to staff, and other relevant health supervisors.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual presentations of data findings
  • Utilize statistical software and tools to perform quantitative and qualitative
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual presentations of data findings
  • Conduct thorough analysis of health data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Analyze HMIS data, particularly P4P indicators and prepare the monthly and quarterly consolidated reports and present the report to the Senior Management team at the national level.
  • Responsible for follow up and verifying of monthly and Quarterly HMIS reports HER
  • Produce HMIS monthly, quarterly & annual progress report
  • Develop data management system for GRM and record, compile related data for GRM.
  • Maintain good spirit of coordination between stockholders in HMIS and M&E.
  • Assessment, planning and conducting HMIS workshops.
  • Obtain maps, databases, reports, and other information resources from main office
  • Develop Data management system, and maintain a schedule for regular reporting.
  • Coordinate HMIS activities with other concern agencies; represent JACK in HMIS task force.
  • Enhance ability of project and program staff in HMIS related tasks by conducting workshops,
  • Follow up the rules and policy JACK.
  • Perform any other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Education: MD, Master or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health/Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology.

  • Work Experience:  At least with 5 five years of experience in the field of data analysis and reporting Data visualization, data management, monitoring and evaluation specifically in health section

  • Skills: Advance knowledge in data management, HMIS national database (DHIS2), HeRAM, Power BI, SPSS and any other online platform and having excellent Computer Skills and MS Office knowledge, particularly MS Access.

  • Languages: Fluency in English and Local Language (Pashto and Dari)
