- The implementation of Reproductive, Maternal, New-born and Child Health (RMNCH) activities will ensure quality RMNCH service delivery at Provincial/field levels.
- Coordinate RMNCH and IYCF activities with relevant Government Directorates, Basic Package of Heath Service (BPHS) at provincial level.
- Regularly attend the RMNCH committee meeting at provincial level and adjust the RMNCH activities.
- Undertake regular supportive supervision to the project site and provide on the Job coaching and training for the MHTs staff to promote RMNCH.
- Conduct need assessment and identify the area of need for improvement and will organize the capacity building plan for the RMNCH.
- Collect RMNCH data from project team for further analysis and submission to Project Officer and Project coordinator and PPHD/MoPH on timely bases.
- Meet regularly with beneficiary communities and leaders, to ensure project effectiveness and community involvement in decision making on the services.
- Participate in capacity building activities for training of health facility staff on RMNCH, research, professional organization, and related committees and in continuing education opportunities.
- Perform any other task relevant to the scope of work as assigned by the line manager.
- Provide monthly activities report.
- Work closely with program teams, including other sectors, to develop applicable materials on protection, participation, health education, environmental protection etc.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives; continuous quality improvement initiative; safety, environmental, and infection prevention standards.
- Identify and report immediately any problem which interferes in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to her/his immediate supervisor.
