| Job Purpose: |
| The Teacher Trainer reportable to JACK CBE Senior Officer. The following items are the main responsibilities of CBE Senior Officer: |
| Job Responsibilities: |
- Conducting of different kinds of trainings in Herat office and in field.
- Preparing new teaching manuals for ongoing and new trainings.
- Follow up of CBE teachers and impact assessment of education trainings.
- Monitoring from CBE and coaching classes and teaching process of CBE and coaching teachers and giving them feedback accordingly. Monitoring/supervision of mainstreamed disables students and teachers.
- Delivering of Model teaching to CBE teachers.
- Evaluation of education quality of students.
- Identifying of training needs of CBE teachers.
- Conducting of meeting with PED/DED, TECs and SMCs.
- Cooperation with CBE in school management and other administration issues.
- And other related tasks which are given by related senior officer or Education Manager. Design new trainings according to teachers’ needs.
- Conducting training for TECs and SMSs members according to their need.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.

| Job Requirements: |
- Bachelor’s degree in education. Social Science and Psychology or Educational Administration (master’s degree is preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years’ working experience on similar positions of CBE Education Program with national and international NGOs.
- Excellent Pashto and Dari reading, writing and verbal skills, Fluent in English, reading, writing and verbal skills.
- Travel – The position will be based in Herat with frequent travels to the districts.
- The teacher Trainer is required to have his own transportation/motorbike, the office will pay for fuel.
- Teacher Trainer is required to have his/her own smart phone for ODK purpose.
