Job Purpose: | ||
The Complaint Officer is reportable to JACK Project Manager. The Complaint Officer will spend some of his/her time to provinces for supporting the projects. The following items are the main responsibilities of Complaint Officer: Work under the Project Manager Mobilize the community to approach him in case of any complaints Give his address to the community for finding him. Make a proper arrangement for how complainers can reach him Receive complaints on a timely basis Address complaints and report to the project manager Search the most secure ways how to respond to complains Facilitate monitoring and evaluation missions Maintain daily work records for the site office. Receive complaints via Hot Line, Telephone, email, and letter and in person. Register each complaint and properly document | ||
