Specific Responsibilities:

• Conducting different kinds of training in the Main office and in the field.
• Preparing new teaching manuals for ongoing and new training.
• Follow up on CBE/ALP teachers and impact assessment of education training.
• Monitoring from CBE and coaching classes and teaching process of CBE and coaching teachers and giving them feedback accordingly.
• Monitoring/supervision of mainstreamed disabled students and teachers.
• Delivering Model teaching to CBE/ALP teachers.
• Evaluation of the education quality of students.
• Identifying of training needs of CBE/ALP teachers.
• Conduct meetings with PED/DED, TECs, and SMCs whenever required.
• Cooperation with the CBE team in the field of school management and other administration issues.
• Design new training according to teachers’ needs.
• Conducting training for TECs and SMSs members according to their needs.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Social Science and Psychology or Educational Administration (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Excellent capacity development and teamwork skills; cross-cultural and gender sensitivity;
• Respect the confidentiality of the organization;
• At least 5 years of experience similar to a position in national and international NGOs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent Speaking and Writing skill of Pashto Language (More than 80% of our beneficiaries are Pashto speaking).
• The position will be based in the entire districts of Parwan Province;
• Preferably to have his own transportation/motorbike, the office will pay for fuel.
• Teacher Trainer is required to have his/her own smartphone for ODK purposes.
• Able to travel to the different areas of selected districts of Parwan province;
• NO ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES FOR MAHRAM whenever required;
• Attendance is from Saturday to Thursday based on the time schedule.
