Job Purpose: |
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project. He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Project. He/she will also provide technical assistance to the implementer, particularly in relation to monitoring and reporting issues. |
Job Responsibilities: |
- Ensure follow-up, analysis, and reporting of community feedback
- Set up a dashboard to monitor and respond to community feedback and behavior assessment recommendations
- Conduct behavior progress assessment activities and establish a report with recommendations
- Support the microplanning process (preparation, data analysis, and reporting)
- Carry out regular data collection and ensure the quality of the data by random verifications, validations, and cross-matching.
- Record, manage and preserve monitoring data in a safe and accessible way.
- relevant staff based on regular monitoring data
- Provide technical support on M&E and evidence-based
- Recommendations to the relevant Managers, Technical experts, and Partners.
- Ensure that the implementation of field activities adheres to the monitoring and evaluation system.
- Support the project and monitoring department in developing the monthly quarterly, and annual reports of the project.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements: |
Education: University degree or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: Sufficient Experience and knowledge of M&E
Skills:
- Skills in implementing information management and performance measurement frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in local (Pashto and Dari) language and good written and spoken English.
- Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to use computer programs to collect, document, and share assessment and monitoring results.
- Willing to be able to travel within project areas/districts.
